We recently created a bespoke web-based booking system for a company car event.
This helped a luxury car manufacturer take test-drive bookings at their in-person event. Several staff were able to take bookings simultaneously on a system that displayed remaining availability on a screen as part of their stand. Legal requirements, such as the taking of driving licence details, were handled at the time meaning the test-drives themselves could go ahead as smoothly as possible. Our system enabled a hold on bookings to prevent the same vehicle and timeslot from being booked at the same time.
