Dealing with your complaint
We will usually respond to your complaint upon receipt and commit to responding within two working days.
If for any reason you are not happy with our response you should feel free to let us know.
Escalating your complaint
As a small business we do not have a formal procedure for escalating complaints, however we will do our utmost to resolve matters to your satisfaction.
