Our Customer Service Commitments
- Our office is in Kendal, Cumbria, UK and is manned during normal office hours, i.e. 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
- We commit to answering our telephone within five rings.
- We will generally respond to emails immediately and at most within two working days.
- We promise to deal with simple requests, such as domain registration or transfer, within two working days.
- If we are unable to meet these commitments we promise to let you know as soon as possible.
