web developer

Originally from: Kendal.
Education / background: Achieved GCSE's and A-Levels at Kirkbie Kendal School, then a First Class BSc(Hons) Business Entrepreneurship and Computing Innovations at the University of Cumbria in Lancaster.
Started working at SYPO: January 2017 on a part-time basis while I finished my degree, then full-time in June 2017.
Explain your job to a non-expert: I do a bit of everything, usually back-end programming (the code on our servers that makes stuff work), but also some front-end and design work.
Spare time: I can most often be found sat at my desk at home, usually playing games but occasionally doing something productive. I also live within 200 yards of a pub.
Family: I have a Cockapoo (mix between a Cocker Spaniel and a Poodle) called Alfie. And some human family too.
You might be surprised to know that: I've jumped out of a working plane without an instructor strapped to me, and did so voluntarily.
